(3) TOY ROBOTS - All 1950s Vintage, including 1955 Marx 'Electric Robot, painted plastic, having a variety of actions, all of which are controlled manually by different knobs and buttons on its back, rolls forward and backward, has light-up eyes, sends Morse code (printed on back of head), arms move up and down by turning the two knobs near his shoulders, switch at the back of his base determines whether he moves to the right or to the left, small drawer in front held tools (missing), 14 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" x 6", no box, needs cleaning, but intact; PLUS (2) 1962 Yonezawa Tin Litho Cragstan Astronauts, one with original box, with friction crank action, fully skirted, made the year before the silver battery op Cragstan Robot, and sharing the same body, astronaut advances with shuffling motion as he makes a clicking noise, has a fixed mouth, this version has the boys face (as used for the Yonezawa Space Man). 9 3/4" tall, 4" x 3 1/2", both working, minor wear from use, one missing its crank knob.
